Born in Lithuania in about 1970 Elena moved to L.A. and joined Allied Artists of the Santa Monica Mountains, a plein air painting group, to promote and support local parks In 2008 Elena, her husband Warren and their five children opened a new hospitality business, the Topanga Canyon Inn Bed and Breakfast with Art Gallery. This became Elenas main gallery. Her work is exhibited throughout the twin villas Casa Rosa and Casa Blanca. Near 8,000 sq. ft. Topanga Canyon Inn futures over a hundred of Elena Roche paintings from early floral watercolors to pastel portraits and the latest California landscapes and coastal paintings in oil
